Dad celebrates his 54th birthday yesterday. Of course, I did not forget about it no matter how far I maybe. But, I was not able to give him anything because I’m also in tight budget this time. There are so many expenses I need to attend to. In fact, I’m running short of money. All I can do is to call him first thing in the morning, which I do at 5:00AM in his time. I hope it’s enough to send my sincere greetings to my loving dad. I will just make up to him this Christmas.

If I’m not having financial difficulties, I planned on giving him men’s michael kors watch as his birthday gift. I’m sure he will love the knox watch. Well, whatever I give him he loves and treasure it. Father’s always appreciate whatever their child gives them. But, despite that I will make sure to give him the best possible gift I can afford. He will be very pleased if I give him something that matches his style and personality; not just anything. But, it will not happen for his birthday this year, which makes me feel really bad. That’s why I will make sure to make up to him in Christmas.

find it a great idea

Here in UAE, it is forbidden for unmarried couple to live together. Well, I have to give a big sigh of relief because hubby and I already had our civil wedding last June. But, we were told by hubby’s aunt to have even a small church wedding to get the blessing from the Church. I find it a great idea, but I may not be able to invite my parents again for the second time. Regardless, we should go for it.

Even though it’s not a grand wedding, I still plan of giving away invitations to the closest people we know here. I visited invitationbox again for this matter. full of adventure and fun

Last Sunday was full of adventure and fun. I just had an interview with one of the telecom companies here in UAE. And, it was actually my first time to go to Dubai, so I really had no idea how to get there. Knowing that I’m bad at geographical location, hubby agreed to go with me, which makes me feel lucky and loved.

Anyway, it was almost a two hour drive to our destination. Well, I will definitely find myself lost if I go alone with all the buildings and the crisscrossing roads and the sand. Good thing, hubby did not leave me until we arrive in the office. Then, I’m alone until the end of the interview and have to go to the nearest mall to wait for hubby again.

At first, I find it fun roaming around the huge mall. After sometime I already feel bored, but I have little choice since I have to wait for hubby. If I only have a gps with me I will decide to go home alone. But, I can’t because I will certainly get lost. We even find ourselves going back and forth, which makes it a lot exciting.

When we get home, I immediately look for affordable gps where I find lots of it including Garmin chirp. I will certainly need to have one in the coming days. One way or the other I need to be independent and go to places by myself. I can’t continually rely on hubby every time I need to go somewhere.
