becoming a little impatient

I’m becoming a little impatient waiting for the positive feedback of my background checking. It’s taking them too long; accordingly they are doing it by batch. So, I can’t do anything, but wait. Thankfully, I have my internet connection. One way or the other it’s diverting my attention from the situation. I can also chat with family back home and learn the things they want for Christmas. It’s not like I can do my shopping now, but at least I can make a list.

Speaking of Christmas present, mom told me to include Padron cigars if I go shopping. My uncle who will also celebrate birthday loves cigars. She read that Padron cigars are patiently handmade with Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and aged up to 2½ years. These are also among the most sought-after premium cigars among cigar lovers, which make it perfect as present to her brother. But, I have to cross my fingers by the time I will make the purchase. Padron limits their annual cigar production in order to keenly maintain quality. So, there is a possibility that it may go out of stock by that time I buy, hopefully not.

happy for her job promotion

I feel happy for a friend that level-up in social ranking. She got promoted in her job this year, which is a very nice Christmas gift. She has been waiting for this for two or three years, I think. She told me this once before, but I forgot the specific period – it’s not substantial anyway. The best part is that she gets the most desired promotion she worked for years.

In our conversation back then, she mentioned her love for travel. It’s her way to relax and vent all her stress that accumulated. At that time, she said she is just waiting for the promotion before arranging rv loans. She wanted to have a higher income making sure she has enough to pay for the monthly dues. That being said, I wonder if she is ready to get the loan now that she has the promotion she wanted. Anyway, I’ll just wait for that. But, I’m very glad she got what she deserves and so proud to be her friend.

Finding Best Food for your Dog

First you need to have one basic goal in mind: Feed your dog the brand that keeps your dog looking and acting the best. This is the most important thing to remember when choosing food for your dog. You may have to try several brands of dog food over a stretch of time before you can determine which the best choice is.

Another important factor is likeability. You need to choose a food that your dog likes to eat. You’ll want it to be easily digestible, which is indicated by a small to moderate stool volume. Ideally, you should check a week after switching. After a few weeks of the new food, check the dog’s coat and see if there is any improvement, such as it being shiny and healthy looking. In addition your dog’s skin should be a healthy color, without sores or trouble spots. Your dog should have a healthy look overall.

Lastly, many consider the cost when making your pet’s food choices. One simple rule to remember is SPEND MORE TO SAVE MORE! Why you ask? Well, the principle is simple: the better quality, more expensive foods usually cost you less per feeding than inexpensive foods because you feed your dog less of these highly digestible foods, costing you less in the long run.

Whether you choose dry dog foods which are soybean, corn, or rice based, and are recommended for animals that are larger, or canned types that contain meat products and water for moisture for dogs smaller than 30 lbs., remember, dog foods contain fats and carbohydrates which are necessary for your pet’s energy.

problem with our AC unit

I’m not sure whether our AC unit is damaged or the weather outside is getting colder. Actually, no matter how we try to adjust the temperature control of the AC, the level of coldness seems the same. We are like inside a fridge, frozen. It keeps us from doing any productive activities because we chill before we can do start whatever activity it may be. There’s no way we can shut it off easily because we have the control over the entire flat. Turning off the AC will mean turning off every room’s AC. Good thing the flat manager requested to shut the AC once in a while because she too is freezing.

However, our roommates say winter is really nearing. By 1st week of November we will start to feel the chill even outside. When that time comes, it’s better to seek a spa or pool with pentair heat pumps or hot tubs. It will refresh whatever chills we feel that goes deep into our bones, it’s a little exaggerated, but that’s how I feel. Well, it’s better to have our own pool, but that’s beyond our capacity. So, it’s better to go to public pools, besides winter only comes once a year as they say.

great tool to achieve proficiency in English

I have to admit, I’m not so good in English. I can still remember back in my college days I often get a D in my English subject. Good thing my final grade is passable with a mark of 84. It often the reason I nearly drop from section A. Lucky, my other grades can pull the lower grade and remain in my beloved section.

Until now I’m still bad in English, but I’m trying to improve it by continuously learning and reading English books. But, I know it’s not enough because I’m still not using words efficiently. Plus, I still find it hard to speak the language fluently. Often, I find myself rambling and stuttering when communicating. Practice makes perfect just as they say it, hearing the right words often can greatly help.

The speaking language master franklin is a great tool to achieve proficiency in English for an individual, family or study group. Specifically designed for more than one user, one can create a study list of words and let a fellow student or family member have their own study list, or use the large screen and display to share a definition or game with a friend.

Tea Can Cause Kidney Stones?

Mostly, when minerals collect in the filtering portions of your kidneys, they can form hard masses known as kidney stones. Kidney stones are a painful condition that can cause pain and discomfort until the stone passes through your urinary tract. If you are prone to experiencing kidney stones, you may wish to eat a diet that reduces the likelihood kidney stones will form. One dietary change you can make is to drink less tea.

One of the reasons why tea could cause kidney stones is because tea is high in oxalates, containing more than 10mg of oxalates per 1/2 cup serving. These compounds are commonly found in a number of foods, including chocolate, spinach, beets, nuts and wheat bran. When you eat a diet high in oxalates, calcium in your diet can bind with oxalate in your intestines, which prevents calcium from being absorbed in your bones. As a result, your kidneys excrete more oxalates. When the oxalates reach the kidneys and bind with calcium, they can create calcium oxalate kidney stones, which are one of the most common kidney stone types.

Many teas are naturally caffeinated, which can make you feel alert, but also may be problematic because caffeine is a natural diuretic. Drinking more than one to two cups of coffee per day can have a diuretic effect, making you lose water too quickly. While you need to drink more water to dilute the minerals in your urinary tract and prevent kidney stones, drinking too much tea can cause you to lose fluids more quickly than can be beneficial to your kidneys. potential succeeding on beauty industry

Hubby’s sister doesn’t like going to school. Everyone is losing hope of her future. But, I noticed she has the potential in succeeding in the beauty industry because she likes beautiful things. She likes fixing other girl’s hair or putting make up on them, despite not having any background in cosmetology. She is much more interested in that matter as compared to other things. I’m think she failed to recognize this potential. That’s why I’m trying to give her suggestions in a subtle way because I don’t want her to feel I’m meddling too much.

Speaking of cosmetology I always remember the cosmetology school of Regency Beauty Institute. Regency is the fastest growing beauty school in the country, which already has 80 (and counting) campuses across 19 US states. They bring unique approach to cosmetology education by emulating upscale salons and providing an exceptional education that benefits the students, the salon community, and the public. As part of their training, students provide high-quality, discounted salon services to the public under expert faculty supervision. Currently, Regency graduates are recognized and sought after throughout the United States.
