I truly feel envious towards hubby’s sister for having a nice slender body. She is celebrating her 35th birthday today, but still looking gorgeous and indeed very sexy. Her curves are really great with a flat belly. I asked her the secrets and she said, I should exercise more, eat right and sleep early. The problem is that I’m already eating less than I should be. With the kind of work I have, it’s difficult to grab something to eat. Also, I don’t have the luxury of sleeping as my shift sometimes ends at 11 in the evening.

For this New Year, I will try to live a healthy lifestyle. Although it will be difficult, I will try to snatch at least 30 minutes of my time to do some yoga. I already have yoga mats so starting won’t be difficult. All I need to do is master time management so I will have time for everything. Becoming sexy will be my goal for 2012. Hopefully it will be a success.

December is a big month for me. Not only that I celebrate Christmas, I also celebrate my birthday in that month. Hmmm my birthday is coming. Now I’m turning 29! Yepey! For that reason, I must carefully select the birthday present I will give for myself.

Actually, I have a wide range of choices like cellphones, bags, accessories, jewelry, shoes and even loose diamond necklace I found in the web earlier. I just don’t know what to do with those diamonds if I opt for that. Hahaha!

Seriously, I want a gift for my birthday from my own wallet. I seldom do this because I usually wait for gifts from my friends. It’s my turn now. Mom used to say that I should do this for self-fulfilment purposes or something like that. But, I never did. Let’s just wait on the item I will choose. I’ll have to think it over and over again as if I am making a million dollar decision. Hahaha!

Hubby’s sister doesn’t like going to school. Everyone is losing hope of her future. But, I noticed she has the potential in succeeding in the beauty industry because she likes beautiful things. She likes fixing other girl’s hair or putting make up on them, despite not having any background in cosmetology. She is much more interested in that matter as compared to other things. I’m think she failed to recognize this potential. That’s why I’m trying to give her suggestions in a subtle way because I don’t want her to feel I’m meddling too much.

Last Sunday was full of adventure and fun. I just had an interview with one of the telecom companies here in UAE. And, it was actually my first time to go to Dubai, so I really had no idea how to get there. Knowing that I’m bad at geographical location, hubby agreed to go with me, which makes me feel lucky and loved.

Anyway, it was almost a two hour drive to our destination. Well, I will definitely find myself lost if I go alone with all the buildings and the crisscrossing roads and the sand. Good thing, hubby did not leave me until we arrive in the office. Then, I’m alone until the end of the interview and have to go to the nearest mall to wait for hubby again.

At first, I find it fun roaming around the huge mall. After sometime I already feel bored, but I have little choice since I have to wait for hubby. If I only have a gps with me I will decide to go home alone. But, I can’t because I will certainly get lost. We even find ourselves going back and forth, which makes it a lot exciting.

When we get home, I immediately look for affordable gps where I find lots of it including Garmin chirp. I will certainly need to have one in the coming days. One way or the other I need to be independent and go to places by myself. I can’t continually rely on hubby every time I need to go somewhere.
