- Find a quiet relaxing place and get comfortable.
- Keep your spine straight.
- Now relax and close your eyes.
- Breathe in through your nose slowly feeling the upper half of your stomach expand as the air goes in.
- Hold it in for a count of three to start, once you get used to it you can hold it in longer until you reach the count of 10.
