I’m actually excited and nervous at the same time over our trip this September. It’s going to be a new experience and challenge to us. But, I’m sure we will be able to adjust accordingly. It’s a new place and new culture, which makes it more exciting.

Hubby said that his brothers and their roomies love to go outdoors every other month. It’s their way to unwind after hard days of work. I love the outdoors, but I’ve never slept outside a structure before. Mom and dad used to be very protective towards their children; that’s why I never experience sleeping outdoors. Oh well, I guess I should prepare myself. Hubby shouldn’t know that I am already looking at the Sierra designs sleeping bags. He might think that I am indeed too excited. Well, it doesn’t show that much because I’m trying to keep it low.

never thought it can do wonders

Oh my! This is the first time I felt so excited and scared at the same time. It’s so intense that I can’t do anything right and it takes away my energy. Thinking about it makes me want to sleep. I always tell hubby how I feel, but he said it’s natural because she also had this feeling before. The thing is, it’s already getting in my way because I can’t focus on the task at hand.

I’m not sure how to forget about it temporarily. But, hubby had good plan and that is by taking me to shopping. Yep, it’s really effective for me especially when the Epson TM-T88V is already printing the receipts. We roam the mall for at least two hours, of course buying only the things that I like. I never thought shopping can do wonders for me especially during this time.

Feet Movement Signaled Attraction, study finds

Numerous studies so far have attempted to prove how one can tell when a person is lying, when they’re interested in something or someone else, or when they are trying only to appear so. It could very well be that all of them were looking in the wrong place. Researcher spent years analyzing human behavior and a lot of time looking into research on how people can give themselves away by feet movement. The idea behind the most recent study, while it can become extremely easy to control one’s facial expression, smiles, eyes and hand movement, most of the time we’re not even aware what we’re doing with our feet.

And this is precisely why they can tell our interlocutor plenty of things about us, including whether we’re attracted to them, interested in what they’re saying or even lying to them. For instance, the survey reveals, if a woman is attracted to her male interlocutor, her foot will move away from the rest of her body. Oppositely, if her legs are crossed or her feet are tucked away under her body, she’s not interested in the man she’s speaking to. Men, on the other hand, do not make this kind of distinction as far as “feet language” goes, the survey also shows.

Looking at the movement of the feet can also be very helpful when trying to figure out whether someone is lying. With lying, people always get the signals systematically wrong. Everyone looks at the eyes and the face, but people are very good at inhibiting what they are doing, when actually the most reliable indication of lying is the suppression of foot movement. just wonder why

Jeez! Monday blues strikes me again. I just wonder why I can’t compose myself to be energetic like any normal days. Lots of workload actually powered me to finish it ahead of time, but it’s still ineffective during Monday. My attention is more drawn to the things I do during the weekends. It’s like pulling me back in facing the realities of the day. I hope I can find a magic potion to jump start the day.

Oh my, I’m sure this will end anyway so I’ll just go with the flow. For now, I find myself checking some Polaris Accessories I found in the web. It’s more interesting than blankly starting at my computer screen. The information I gather might help hubby in the future that if he decides to purchase one of those atv vehicle. Well, that’s all for now.

Italy, my dream vacation destination

Italy is one of my dream vacation destinations for a long time now. It’s just so happen I haven’t been able to make it come true for some reason I don’t want to divulge. But, I’m quite enthusiastic work on it. One of my friends, who lived there for three years already, will openly accept me for a tour.

Of course, I won’t expect she will welcome me in her house. My presence will be a burden to her family. So, it’s better to stay somewhere else. That’s why I keep on searching for places to stay if ever my dream will come true. By good luck, I found Crowne Plaza Padova, which has a number of impressive reviews.

The hotel located at 3 km from train station and the city center, 30 minutes from/to Venice “Marco Polo” Airport and 55 minutes from/to Treviso Airport. Some say that is far from the town proper, but the amenities make up for it. I guess those are enough to convince me to choose the hotel when I’m going to visit Italy. The only problem, I’m not certain of the actual date of the travel. I just wish it will not take too long.

keep on whining over the process

Losing weight isn’t a new topic in this blog. I have been open about my intentions of losing pounds and I keep on whining over the process. It’s just a little difficult for me to fit in physical activities over my super tight schedule. That’s why it is a struggle for me. But, with a few alterations of my time I manage to snatch 30 minutes for exercise at least few three times a week. I just can’t complete seven days a week exercise routine since there are days where I have to double my time to finish a tasks.

I’m just fortunate a particular weight loss product help me in the process. Of course, I went through different weight loss pill reviews before I find one that suits my need. It is also a pain to find it since there are hundreds of weight loss products available and sorting each one of them makes me dizzy.

Oh well, there is more to do to maintain this size. Plus, my belly has still a long way to go. But, I’m sure I will be able to get my desired shape if I continue to do my routine.
