They will be the one that will determine the actual cost of fuel, taxes, parking tickets and so much more for the assigned area of the employee. An employee can no longer take advantage of the fuel expenses for his or her personal use. Or there is no way that he or she can cheat the company by filling fuel of friends or family car. This is a good way for companies especially during difficult times like recession.
