physical games is a key for stronger limbs

Kids should not be left inside the house playing computers all day. They need to get moving and play physical games in order to have strong limbs. That is the very reason, hubby’s sister purchase bikes for her youngsters. But, biking around a subdivision can be dangerous since there are lots of moving vehicles. They can’t also find a spot in the basketball courts as there are lots of people playing especially during the afternoon.

In order for her kids to enjoy their bikes, they go to the nearest park. She intentionally purchased a thule rack systems to keep the bikes in place during their travel. It’s a 30 minute drive so she got her money’s worth. Other than that her kids were able to enjoy being outside the house riding their bikes rather than leave them in a sedentary lifestyle playing computers.
