According to a recent study, women can handle themselves better at the workplace, even in situations of crisis, as compared to men. As such, men have been passed for promotions because of their poor organizational skills, while few women can complain they have.
Researchers found women are better at meeting deadlines and turning up on time for work, while men struggle to keep on top of things, often forgetting to phone people back and losing documents on their messy desks, the Mirror says of the study. It was conducted by “The Apprentice” star Karren Brady, who is leading the Practically Genius campaign for DYMO.
This out of the way, and knowing for a fact that women are more organized at work than men, the only thing that still needs attending to is the much talked about pay gap between genders, which seems to have narrowed a bit in recent years, but is still to disappear altogether.
