Ever since I gained weight I have been very open about losing it. It’s not easy that’s why I often time fail. But, I don’t lose hope. That’s why I am trying to continue whatever I need to do.
One of the things that I keep on holding on is the fact that some people successfully made it. They were able to achieve their goal and are now enjoying the rewards of being physically fit. That alone is fueling my desires that I can do it too.
