I was trying to be happy this day because it’s Monday. Most people say, the first day of the week must be welcomed with a smile. They say it will help make the rest of the week happy. However, I failed on that matter as I don’t have the energy to do so. This is probably due to sleeping late last night. I have to stay late because of the many pending assignments I need to finish. Of course I can’t say no to it or else I will lose lots of bucks.

Anyway, I tried to stay on top of not feeling well. I can’t thoroughly focus on one subject matter for a long time. So, I have to shift every now and then, to keep myself busy. One of the things that lighten up my day is reading Celebrity News.

Now that my sister is staying with me every day of the week, I have to keep myself updated of the latest buzz. She just has loads of celebrity news that I am not aware of. And every time I fail to respond correctly, she will laugh at me. The bad thing, she will call me a geek for not knowing lots of things about celebrities other than tweaking computer. I used to sleep whether I don’t feel like working and I don’t give a thought about searching the web for news.

Of course, I don’t want her to continue thinking that way. So, I keep myself updated every time I am not in the mood to think about my tasks. It is the best way I can think other than sleeping. But, honestly I am still very tired afterward. The good thing I am already updated and I can talk celebrity to my gossip loving sister. I still think taking a nap is still a good choice to rest.

I want to have a Lady Gaga tummy

Like I always mention in most of my post, I always want to have a toned body. But, all my effort isn’t working. When I saw Lady Gaga’s telephone video, I am super amazed by her body. I searched the web on how to get it and here are some of the things I gather.

According to Harley Pasternak fitness trainer, any woman can get Lady Gaga’s body, as long as he makes sure she has no more than 25 minutes to spare. The idea that one needs to sacrifice at least one hour of their time is overrated, the fitness expert underlines because the secret is not to train hard, but to train smart as FitSugar informs.

Combining both cardiovascular and resistance training is the best way to do it even in a short period of time. So even though you’re only doing a five minute cardio warmup, and five-minute cardio cooldown, you’re in your fat burning zone for the entire 25 minute workout says the trainer. Resistance training is essential to get the kind of toned body that Gaga has right now.

For starters, Pasternak has Gaga doing deadlifts. He said this is a great exercise for the hamstrings. Deadlifts are great for working the [backside]. Another good exercise is the reverse incline dumbbell row. This exercise strengthens the upper back and posture muscles. Better posture makes your abdominals look leaner and tighter and gives you a natural [breast] lift he trainer explains. Also, the singer does dumbbell side bends and ab rotations for that fabulously toned tummy she showed off in the “Telephone” video. Again, the secret to well-defined muscles is in training smart, Pasternak says.
