How to Get Younger Looking Lips & Cheeks

How to Get Younger Looking Lips & CheeksIt’s not just that because you’re aging doesn’t mean you should pile on the red lipstick! Sure, it may be appropriate in some instances but not for everyday wear. You may not be dealing with blemishes (like a teenager) but you may be dealing with a lipstick crisis. To look younger, choose a dewy lipstick-gloss combination. Most brands (such as Clinique and Loreal) are all offering this type of lipstick. It gives you a hint of color, without going matte. The shiny or “dew” of this lip choice instantly adds youth to your face.

For the cheeks, stick with a natural and light blush. Mineral blushes are often fool-proof and natural in color. Apply a bit to the apples of your cheeks and go! Remember, it’s easier to start with a little bit of blush and add more rather than adding too much blush and trying to tone it down. If you add too much blush, use your powder to lightly dust the area, toning down the intensity of the color. So, enjoy life and keep yourself feel beautiful inside and out, enjoy!

hoping to hear good news

hoping to hear good newsMom said that we should plan for a graduation party for the best student of the family. Okay that would be too much. Actually I am implying the opposite of the best. But, the fact he will be able to finish high school in March, makes us all very happy and are more than happy to send out graduation party invitations.

Finishing high school is his ticket to college. However, every time we try to ask him if he will graduate, he will just give us a big grin. What is that suppose to mean? That’s that means yes or no? There is no way to confirm it. We don’t want to sneak into his school because that would be stepping into his rights. He might feel bad if he will discover it.

Well, we are just waiting for him to break the news. Hopefully it’s good!

i feel like floating

i feel like floatingWow! I never thought that a five hour sleep makes me feel like floating in the air. I used to get at least seven to eight hours of sleep every day. Even if I sleep late, I compensate it by waking up late. But, I have to change that now for a very shallow reason. One of the television programs I am hook-up is transferred to another time slot.

I still want to continue sleeping, but that seems impossible. Looking at the things I have to do, feel like 24 hours is not enough to complete everything. I want to rest tomorrow that is driving me to finish everything.

For now, I’m looking around the web for some affordable pond pumps. I have this crazy idea of transforming a part of my little garden into a pond. To get it right, I need to purchase the necessary equipment before anything else. Hopefully it works.

Stuart Townsend and Charlize Theron Split?

Stuart Townsend and Charlize Theron SplitThe Hollywood stunner Charlize Theron and Irish actor Stuart Townsend is no longer an item after dating for about nine years. Though no announcement regarding this was made officially, Charlize has been photographed on a couple of occasions without the commitment ring Townsend gave her and that she reportedly said she would never take off, the Daily Mail informs.

They were not married yet but that was only because marriage would change anything about the way they felt for each other, or that it would, somehow, make their relationship better. As far as they were concerned, they were husband and wife and did not need a marriage license to prove it. What they did have as a symbol of their commitment to each other was a ring Townsend gave the actress and that she promised never to take off for as long as they were together.

During the Hope for Haiti telethon last weekend, Charlize first appeared without the ring. “The stunning 5ft 11in South African has told close friends that she decided to split from the Irish actor following a Christmas trip to Mexico and has since stopped wearing the antique ‘commitment ring’ that Townsend gave her as a symbol of their relationship,” the Mail writes. Details of the split, coming from sources close to the couple, would indicate that being the breadwinner in the couple also took its toll on the relationship and eventually prompted Charlize to break it off.

what dad is looking for

what dad is looking forAs a printing mechanic, my dad is always looking for the best supplies that help him do his job excellently. Just this morning he visited me to use my computer in searching for Anilox roll cleaning. But, he is not familiar with it, which slows him down even more.

So, I presented myself to look for it since I’m faster in terms of typing and scouring the web. But, I forget to ask what that product is. Now, I have no choice, but to list all items and brands including their prices and descriptions I see in the web. I print everything I think that has something to do with it. I hope my research will help him.

Well, I’m off to go check facebook to hear the latest buzz from my friends.

remembering her words

remembering her wordsAfter receiving the wedding invitation from Nessa, a good friend of mine, I immediately perceived I’ll be hearing baby announcements. I remember her words before that she will only get marry when his guy gets her pregnant. That is what’s going on in my mind when I went to her office to get the invitation. So, I asked her whether or not she’s pregnant. She denied it adding that they are trying, yet there is no result.

Well, I’m just happy that she’s finally getting married. As for me, I am excited in picking the right formal dress, shoes, and accessories for the occasion. I’ve heard that most of her guests are our previous colleagues. With that I have to look good, of course just enough not to outshine the bride. Hahaha!

intense treatment with diabetes is harmful?

intense treatment with diabetes is harmfulAccording to the latest study, intense treatment to lower blood sugar in patients with diabetes could prove nearly as harmful as allowing glucose levels to remain high. Cardiff researchers looked at nearly 50,000 patients with type 2 diabetes and found the lowest glucose levels linked to a heightened risk of death. Significant differences in death rates between patients on insulin and those taking tablets are also flagged up. But there could be various explanations for this, experts noted.

Patients taking insulin-based treatments have been urged not to stop taking their medication as a result of the study.

Using data from GPs, the team identified 27,965 patients aged 50 and above with type 2 diabetes whose treatment had been intensified to include two oral blood glucose lowering agents – metformin and sulphonylurea. A further 20,005 patients who had been moved on to treatment which included insulin were added to the study. Patients, whose HbA1c levels – the proportion of red blood cells with glucose attached to them – were around 7.5%, ran the lowest risk of dying from any cause.
