roasting chicken the fastest wayEvery now and then we run out of time when it comes to cooking and suddenly find ourselves under pressure, with a meal looming and a hungry family impatient for their baked chicken dinner. Well, stay cool! It does not have to take 60 minutes or more to roast a chicken; it just takes a little cunning and a fairly relaxed half an hour. Alright, it will take 35 minutes, but it will still be roasted and will still be the entire chicken. Here’s a method you can use practically no work on your part at all.

Using Microwave Oven, you need a 1.5kg (that’s about 3lbs) chicken or smaller. Mix together a little olive oil, some dark soy sauce, a teaspoon of paprika, a tablespoon of mixed dried herbs and two crushed cloves of garlic. Paint this mix all over the chicken, then put it into a roasting bag and seal it by twisting the end of the bag and folding it under the chicken.

Punch a couple of holes in the bag and microwave on High for 30 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, leave the chicken in the microwave, without opening the door, for a further 5 minutes. Be careful when you open the bag, just in case there is still some steam waiting to escape. It can burn you. That’s it, Enjoy!

my wedding ideas

When I visited my friend in her office lasts Friday, I get a welcome question instead of a welcome greeting. My guards are down as I entered the room cheerfully. She asked me instantly about my marriage plans. There is nothing wrong with that, but what irks me is her teasing tone. She compared me to one of our colleagues before that will soon marry. I was dumbfounded as she narrates the many benefits of a formal marriage to the relationship. Even if my purpose is to invite her for coffee, I gracefully ask her goodbye and make some excuses. I leave the room immediately.

Almost all of my friends do this to me. And the last incident pushed me to search for bride on a budget tips, even if this is not my type of thing. Well, it is too hypocrite of me to say I am not looking for savings. But, this should be the most memorable and wonderful time of my life. I don’t want to stop myself from choosing the beautiful items that I want for the sake of savings. I feel like I have all the right in this world to spend for my wedding day.

my sunday headache

It’s supposedly a nice Sunday morning here. But, I woke up with a headache, a really painful one. So, I go back to sleep right after realizing the headache. And I don’t have anything to do this day aside from going to church and watching the Cotto-Pacquiao fight.

Speaking of which, I guess the fight will start at 12 in the afternoon in a local channel. I am not really interested to pay for a pay per view subscription because it’s too expensive for me. Hehehe! So, I still have time to enjoy my deep slumber.

However, I woke up again before the specified time I set in my alarm clock. I’m really hungry. When the stomach dictates I surrender. I get up in bed, turned on the television set and my computer, prepared for breakfast, and checks the industrial computer I found last night while waiting for the fight.

Goodness my head really hurts. But, I realize that it’s too baby of me if I let it get into my day.

my wedding issue

Wedding? It is such a sensitive issue for my family. As the eldest, they are not yet ready to let go of me. Since I can’t get their blessings as of the moment, I have no choice, but to live with hubby unsettled. And they have no choice, but to accept my decision.

However, I just can’t get tie the knot without their permission or is it because we don’t have the capacity for a grand wedding of my dream. I always want a big event for that day. I told myself I won’t settle for less because I haven’t able to celebrate my debut the way I want it. And a wedding is a day worth spending. If it’s possible I want it to happen in a luxury Cancun Destination Wedding in the white sandy beaches of the Mexican Riviera Maya. I want to experience the all inclusive concept of Karisma especially at the El Dorado Royale Resort.

But, realistically this is impossible. Still I am hopeful, but I am not expecting so that I will not hurt myself too much.

shiny car parts

Before, I never had any idea how to call the shiny parts of the car until I ran across chrome accessories. Chrome is a slang word for chromium, which is a kind of metal. It provides a classy contrast on any area especially to vehicles. It is one of the reasons why most vehicle sparkle that is of course aside from the body paints.

However, it is not easy to tell chrome from any other shiny finishes if the parts are not placed side by side. Accordingly, chrome is a more reflective (brighter), bluer (less pale, grayish, or yellowish), and more specular (the reflection is deeper, less distorted, more like a mirror) than other finishes. It is being said that in chrome you can see clearly the reflection of the sky.

Hmmm, I’ll keep this in mind so that I will not get fooled especially that we are planning to buy a car probably next year. This would definitely help me in it.
