I mentioned in my earlier post that I am already desperate to get a job. I am about to jump to any kind of work that comes my way as long as it is decent and will earn me sufficient money to support my needs and wants. However, even that is not that simple. My parents will kill if I just pick up any decent job without thinking properly.
Well, as I visit my blogger friends I noticed that they keep on talking about insurance. I got the feeling that becoming an insurance agent is an attractive job. Plus, there is life insurance lead and all kinds of insurance leads that greatly help the agents close a deal. This is such a wonderful opportunity for me to earn money.
Of course, I still need to think a million times if I am ready to become an insurance agent or just look for another line of work.
There are many ways to use essential oils for their fragrance and balancing properties. The proportions given for diluting essential oils are a guideline and you can adjust them to your preference. The key is -a little goes a long way. One drop of essential oil is often equal to one ounce of the plant.
- Bath – Full bath: Add 8-15 drops of an essential oil to the tub after the water has finished running. Stir the water to mix the oils evenly. It is best not to use soap – simply the essential oils. Baths are very effective as you breathe the vapors and absorb the oils through the skin.
- Massage – Create your own massage oil by adding up to 18 drops of an essential oil to 1 oz of pure vegetable oil, such as jojoba, grape seed or almond. For children use only 6 drops of an essential oil per 1 oz of a carrier oil. The massage oil can be used for a full massage or spot massage at pressure points for quick effect.
- Compress – Add 6 drops of an essential oil to a bowl of hot or cold water. Submerse a cloth in the water, wring it out and place it on the area needing healing. Hot compresses are useful for muscular pain and cramp relief and cold compresses are useful for swelling or headache.
It’s been two months and I haven’t heard any news from the companies I applied for. I am still hopeful though that they will give me a call back. I like all of the companies I sent my resumes and I want them to call me back. Of course, I can’t push myself if they don’t really want me to be part of their company. That is the sad thing.
I am desperate to get a job, if possible immediately. It’s too difficult to ask money from hubby every time I want or need to buy something. Even if he is my partner and he told me I can ask anything I need, I am just not used to that. Sometimes, I regret resigning from my super tedious job a year ago. Well, I can’t return time.
All I can do now is to focus on getting a job. I’ll try my luck in call center. Just that I am really good in taking and I am poor in English. If ever this is a good step for me to familiarize the language even better.
