With the increasing number of population and the current economic condition where families are struggling with financially, most men would choose to undergo vasectomy. Vasectomy is the minor surgery where the doctor creates one or two incisions in the scrotum through which each sperm carrying tube, the bas deferens, can be listed out, cut and closed, thus blocking the passage of sperm. This is the most reliable and effective means of birth control for men.
However, over the course of time, some men eventually change their mind and would opt for vasectomy reversal. This is a surgical procedure restoring the flow of sperm through the vas deferens. This could happen because some men might want to start a new family and have a baby. Another reason maybe some men might want to have their vasectomy reversed because they have pain in their testicles.
This vasectomy reversal procedure gave a higher chance of restoring men’s fertility, thus restoring the family. However, the procedure is not easily performed as that with vasectomy. It is indeed a complicated operation and the cost is even more costly. Of course, the risk is worth if the goal is to start a family where both partner should have healthy reproductive system. Good health of the couple raises the chance of having a baby in the future.
