I have to stop being so lazy. I need to get on my feet and start exercising as soon as possible. I keep on telling myself that I want to lose weight. But, I feel like it is a secret sabotage to my body. The fact that I keep on saying it, makes me more vulnerable to the fridge. It increases my appetite, I wonder why. But, if I bought a good set of athletic shoes from Ecco shoes maybe I’ll have more reason to live with my words. Let’s see about that. I am afraid that my laziness will overcome the will I have. That is too bad!
