Studies have shown that when towns ban smoking in a public places, the number of heart attacks drops significantly. Now researchers pinpoints that it’s non-smokers who benefit first. In a couple of months after one city is outlawed smoking in restaurants, workplaces, and stores, hospital admissions for heart attacks fell a whopping 70% – but only among non-smokers. Admission stayed the same for smokers. A halt on lighting up in public helps non-smokers most quickly because within 30minutes of exposure to second hand smoke, blood becomes stickier and more prone to clotting. Plus, the level of carbon monoxide also rises, so heart cells get less oxygen. If you’re smoker who’d like to kick the habit, look for a program with in-depth counselling. That, plus a supply of nicotine-replacement patches, gum or lozenges, almost doubles smokers’ quit rates versus only brief counselling with nicotine replacements.

show about crafting
By a chance, I watch a show about crafting. Goodness! If this kind of show is available before I will get good grades in my art subject. I can’t go back to the past. But, I can still use my new knowledge in gift giving. I learned to create a custom made gift wrapper using a custom rubber stamp and some color water. It’s very easy and fun to do. But, I should do it before I say the results will be beautiful like there’s. I am not good in using color water. I can’t wait to make one. The problem now, I know no upcoming events where I can use it.
finder’s keeper!
Last week when I am at the mall specifically at the food court, I have seen a little object right in corner of the chair. It’s not so attractive but when I look at it’s a memory stick. Yepey, finder’s keeper! Well, it doesn’t have any name and contact number on it. And if I surrender it, I am pretty sure the owner will never know where he/she left it. Plus if I leave it there somebody will get it. Bad me! Actually there are lots of cheap memory sticks available on the web and at the malls. I can afford one. Silly me, I brought it home without a second thought.
Keep Connected

When to-do list are mile long, it can be hard for couples to squeeze romance into the mix. But even in a stressful time can be a chance to bond. For starters, try tackling the onslaught together. Dividing and conquering might be more efficient, but teaming up to face some task side by side reminds you that you’re allies, not just room-mates. Every time you handle problem successful as partners, you deepen the trust and bonding in your relationship.
little secret I have
I have a little secret kept inside me for a long time. I think hubby is reading my page so this is a good way to relay the message to him. Even though we have been living together for more than a year now; he still treats me as his girlfriend. He still courts me, gives me flowers like he used to do, buy me anything he thinks I will like and spend our monthsary every month. That is so sweet; to think we will be celebrating our 4th year anniversary of our relationship. During those four years, I always want him to buy me Audemars Piguet watch that is the very reason I seldom permit him to give me gifts. I want him to save for that watch. Well, I know I can buy that in the future from my own pocket, but I treat it as an exchange gift. I will give him something he always wants. And that is my little secret which is no longer a secret.
invitation email from sis
Just this morning I received an email from my sister-in-law, inviting me to partake in an online shopping she found earlier. Well, the site sells wholesale item. So, she wants me to share with her the wholesale handbags she likes since there are 10 bags. She wants me to take five and five for her. But sad to say I don’t have enough money at this moment. Plus, I have three new bags, which I think is enough for me for the whole year. Additional bags will just clutter my closet at this moment. I would have to decline the invitation but refer a friend who really likes bag.
