I couldn’t wait much longer to buy one of those Cheap Blinds I found last week. I just feel the need to get one since we have four big windows in our apartment specifically in our bedroom. We feel that our neighbors can easily take a peek at our room any time of the day. Although we have curtains, I am not so confident that we won’t be seen outside. Not only that, every morning, I always wake up with too much sunlight in my face. I really hate it especially that I often time sleep really late. I just can’t wait to get one, but I still have to consult hubby about it.

How to start Vegetarian Diet

  1. Set a date when you want your diet to start. It could be a new year’s resolution or the first day of next month. Momentum is usually gained well if you start felling fresh and renewed.
  2. Clear your kitchen cabinets of tempting foods that should not be part of your chosen diet. Throw out phone numbers of fast food delivery services. Make sure that you start your diet in a clean, temptation-free house.
  3. Know where to get vegetarian food and meat replacements. Write then down on the list.
  4. Ask for your friends’ and family’s support. Announce to them that you’re starting the diet and that you need their help. They should not tease or discourage you strictly follow your diet even on special occasions, gatherings and night-outs.
  5. Have a positive attitude towards your new diet. Vegetarians actually enjoy a wide variety of tasty and nutritious foods. You can still enjoy all of the same things that you love like sandwiches, burgers, soups, lasagne, etc. All you have to do is remove or replace the meat or the ingredients that use meat products.
