difficult to shed pounds!

For some reason, I find it very difficult to shed pounds I gained from being so inactive. I just learned that a balance diet is the key to weight loss. Whole grains, low-fat dairy, green vegetables, orange veggies, beans, nuts we need to eat these regularly to reach a healthy body weight. It is good start, but I want to hasten the process so I look for the best diet pills available in the market. Not only that, I am also planning to add exercise which I don’t usually do, to get better results.
