It is helpful for our eyes if we cry sometimes. Tear glands are tear ducts make the tears that protect, lubricate, and clean our eyes. When things go wrong with them, we can be left with dry eyes. Increasing age brings about reduced tear production and dry eyes, as do certain diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and drugs like diuretics. To relieve the uncomfortable gritty feeling of dry eyes, try eye drops or artificial tears. Ointment applied at night, when tear production is lowest, may also help. Or you can also cry, but in your room where nobody can see you to avoid bad insinuation. This may help lubricate your eyes.
