avoid cellulite!

We all hate to see cellulite in our body. But, we woman are really prone to it especially if we lack exercise. But, aside from not exercising, you will likely to get cellulite if:
You don’t diet. If you take excess amount of fat, carbohydrate and salt, chances are you will get fat, thus cellulite.
You smoke. Nicotine aggravates the damage to your skin.
You sit and stand for long hours. When you shift position from time to time, you shift the weight and alter the position of muscle that are prone to cellulite.
