Drink eight glasses of water a day to maintain your skin’s elasticity and suppleness. Go for sparkling, mineral or tap water not sodas, alcohol, or other beverages.

Clean your beauty tools. Brushes, sponges, and other make up applications get dirty, harbouring germs that can trigger skin irritations and breakouts. If acne occurs, treat is with laser acne treatment to give you more confidence to face anybody. To avoid breakout, clean tools at least twice a month. Soak them in warm water with mild liquid detergent or baby shampoo for about 10 minutes. Rinse and dry gently with a towel. Let them dry thoroughly before reusing.

Don’t give in to stress. Worrying too much can affect not just your skin but your overall health. Set a quiet time to meditate or relax. Sleep early and avoid accumulated fluid from producing facial puffiness and eye bugs by lying on your back.
