holidays is not a reason!

If you don’t have time to go to the gym, take a daily 30 minute brisk walk around the neighborhood or a safe area near the office using a good shoe like one of those MBT shoes. Perform deep breathing exercise while in a traffic. Strength train at home using the canned fruit cocktail as weights before you turn it into fruit salad. Very simple but really works.
