- If your need to trim your body a little, don’t completely chunk the ideas of “granny panties” a.k.a. full briefs. Their high cut, comfortable shape and proportion provide full coverage and flatten bulges. When wearing them, avoid low-riding trousers to escape the embarrassment of pick-a-boo panties.
- If wearing bottom-hanging pants, skirt or dress, a thong or G-string is in order. If it cuts into your hip wear it one size bigger to eliminate unsightly bulging.
- If travelling, boyleg briefs made out of cotton mesh are your perfect pair for they go with nearly everything. They are also lightweight, compact and dry very quickly after washing.
- If you are to wear formal attire, use support undergarments or “shapers”. It’s how celebrity mom Jennifer Lopez achieves that svelte, seamless look when on the red carpet. One-piece tiddies work well, unless you are wearing something strapless.
- If buying a bra, do not take fit for granted. Always do a wear-test and check for the following features: underwire to support large busts, and push-up pads for small breast. When exercising, also make sure to wear sports bra to keep breast in place and to prevent injury.
