A beautiful message!

Hi guys just want to share this beautiful message by George Carlin – comedian of the 70′s and 80′s. Hope you like this because it so eloquent and very appropriate for everyone of us.

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

Can you sleep when the wind blows?

Have to share this beautiful story. Take time to read it!

Years ago, a farmer owned land along the Atlantic seacoast. He constantly advertised for hired hands. Most people were reluctant to work on farms along the Atlantic . They dreaded the awful storms that raged across the Atlantic , wreaking havoc on the buildings and crops.

As the farmer interviewed applicants for the job, he received A steady stream of refusals. Finally, a short, thin man, well past middle age, approached the farmer. “Are you a good farm hand?” the farmer asked him. “Well, I can sleep when the wind blows,” answered the little man.

Love going to Art Gallery

I love watching trade shows and exhibits especially if they are presenting arts. It just amazed me on how these artists use their skills and imagination to create a wonderful work of art. I have been visiting different galleries and I always have a good time.

While doing some internet hopping, I came across this site that specializes in paintings. The thought of art just pop in my mind that time and my hands just voluntarily type the word art galleries. I really appreciate every minute; looking at the different works of art especially the works of artists. Although, I don’t understand French, I take time to search for translator so I would understand my favorite painting title “L’entrée du village” which means “The town entry”. It’s made of oil and it demonstrates an entry to an old village. Well, every time I look at the paint, it feels like it transports me back to that old village since it depicts the real scenario of a long time village. Well, I congratulate painters for their very good work. I continue to splurge my eyes to the beautiful arts around the internet. If I have extra money, I will surely buy the painting I said earlier. That is, if it is still available by that time.
