Ladies here are key guidelines to get the best fitting bra, in case you don’t know it:
The bra band shouldn’t ride up in the back. If it does, the bra is too big.
The bra should fit snugly around your body – if you’re like most women it means it should be far tighter than you’re wearing it now. General rule for band size, which provides 90 percent of a bra’s support: if you wear a size 8 or 10 top, you are likely to wear a size 34 bra; a 12 to 14 top needs a 36 and so on.
Don’t over tighten straps which provide 10% of support. If they fall of your shoulders, they’re too slack; if they dig in and leave marks, they’re too tight.
Buy bra that fits when it’s hooked on the loosest, not the tightest row since bras stretch over time. If it’s loose, it can’t lift. You want to leave yourself away to tighten things up a few months later.
